Em 2014 trabalhou tamb\u00e9m em desenvolvimento de conte\u00fado e abriu o departamento de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Original, do qual sa\u00edram obras de sucesso como \u201cOtra Semana en Cartoon\u201d, \u201cVillanos\u201d e \u201cFrankelda\u2019s Book of Spooks\u201d, apenas para mencionar alguns. Recebeu mais de 40 pr\u00eamios em festivais internacionais como Cannes, The One Show, Design &#038; Art Direction, New York Festivals e FIAP, entre outros. Participou de v\u00e1rias antologias de poesia e publicou o livro La Fuerza, Rosario, bajo la luna nueva, 2001. Formou-se em The Animation Workshop em Viborg, Dinamarca, onde codirigiu seu curta de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cThe Reward\u201d, que se tornou um sucesso viral online e gerou na Web uma s\u00e9rie inteira, parcialmente financiada por crowdfunding e fundos p\u00fablicos. Desde ent\u00e3o, vem trabalhando como storyboarder em alguns programas de sucesso como \u201cGumball\u201d e \u201cIvandoe\u201d, tendo dirigido diversos comerciais para a Riot Games. Magdiela defende a diversidade tanto na frente quanto atr\u00e1s das c\u00e2meras. Em 2018, Magdiela fundou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/LatinxInAnimation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LatinX in Animation (LXiA)<\/a>, um programa do Latino Film Institute, para construir uma comunidade de profissionais latinos que trabalham em diferentes perfis de anima\u00e7\u00e3o, VFX e videogames.
