Estudou na Alemanha, na Cro\u00e1cia e na It\u00e1lia e \u00e9 formada em Estudos Culturais\/Artes C\u00eanicas com enfoque em cinema e m\u00eddia. Trabalhou em longas-metragens, document\u00e1rios de televis\u00e3o e comerciais na Alemanha e na Su\u00ed\u00e7a, antes de se entrar para a ag\u00eancia de vendas internacionais New Europe sediada em Vars\u00f3via, em 2010. Anja \u00e9 cofundadora da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Produtores de Anima\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00f4nia e membro da Academia Europeia de Cinema. Desde 2015 at\u00e9 2017, fez parte do comit\u00e9 para a categoria de anima\u00e7\u00e3o nos European Film Awards. Sua chegada a Annecy, no in\u00edcio de 2005, lhe deu a oportunidade de entrar para a equipe da CITIA. Passou seus primeiros quatro anos trabalhando como assistente de Vendas para MIFA antes de assumir o cargo de gerente de Vendas at\u00e9 2011, e chefa de Projetos at\u00e9 2018, encarregada do desenvolvimento e da comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o dos espa\u00e7os de eventos para o MIFA.
