Purpose: To document and promote the Quirino Awards 2026 through photography and video on owned channels (website, social media and corporate materials) and in the press.

Legal basis:

• Legitimate interests in event promotion (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), balanced against your rights.
• Consent for close‑ups/interviews or uses beyond what a reasonable attendee would expect (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• For minors, parental/guardian consent is required.

How to object / withdraw consent:

• Tell our accredited staff at the entrance or during the event. We provide identifiers to avoid capturing your image.
• Or email paramotionpro@gmail.com with “image objection – Quirino Awards 2026”. We will take reasonable steps (e.g., blurring or removal where under our control).

Recipients: Press and the event’s official social media; production/editing and hosting providers as processors (Art. 28 GDPR). Authorities when legally required.

International transfers: May occur to platforms outside the EEA. We apply appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention:

• Communications material: up to 5 years or until you object;
• Archival/historic content (non‑identifying, e.g., crowd shots): indefinitely for archiving purposes with data minimisation.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and consent withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

Security: appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied.
