He created TAT productions with two partners in 2000, where he is a producer and writer. TAT’s best-known program, the television series ‘The Jungle Bunch’, is broadcast in more than 200 countries and was awarded an International Emmy Award in 2015. Production on the third season of the series was completed in March 2020. Jean-François Tosti has produced and participated in the writing of the animated feature films ‘The Jungle Bunch – the movie’ (4th most watched French film in the world in 2017) and ‘Terra Willy’ (6th most watched French film in the world in 2019). TAT’s new film, ‘Pil’, is in production for its release in late 2021. Three new feature films are in pre-production and / or development for releases in 2022 (‘Argonauts’), 2023 (‘The Jungle Bunch 2’) and 2024 (‘Pets on a Train’). Tosti received in 2012 the Procirep award for the best French television animation producer and was a member of the jury of the CNC (National Center for Cinematography) in the call for innovative animation projects for two years. As an author, he received in 2015 the SACD (Society of Authors) award in the animation category. He is a member of AnimFrance (animation film producers union), president of ARPAnim (regional association of animation producers) and member of the Cesar Academy (French film awards). In 2019 he received the IFCIC (Institute for the Financing of Cinema and Cultural Industries) award for the best independent French producer of feature films: since the award exists, it is the first time that it has been awarded to an animation producer and not to fiction.

JOANA  
TOSTE

Born in May, 1970, she graduated in Industrial Design, followed by a post graduation in the same area at the Glasgow School of Art/Centro Português de Design. She studied Fine Arts at the Sociedade Nacional de Belas Arte in Lisbon and in 1992 interrupted her course to study Animation at Tobistoon. Since then, she has worked continuously in animation, both in cooperation with other studios and developing her own projects. Among her short films ‘Darwin’s Cave’ (2017), ‘Ana – A Palindrome’ (2013), ‘Chicken Stew’ (2008) and her last one ‘The Girl Who Stood Still’ (2021) stand out. In 2004, she set up her own production company, Gomtch Gomtch. She also works as an illustrator, set designer for theatre and website designer, as well as organizing workshops for children.

PAULA
TABORDA DOS GUARANYS

Award-winning Development Executive, with over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry. As Original Content, Acquisition & Co-Productions Director for European leader Planeta Junior, Paula provides expert strategic direction in developing Kids & Family content for the international market. Prior to joining Planeta, Paula was the creative mind behind Globo Group’s kids content hub, spearheading the conception and launch of channels Gloob and Gloobinho. As Director of Content, Development and Programming, Paula managed the channels’ originals and international production through deal-making partnerships, programming strategy and content sales. Under her leadership, Gloob has experienced remarkable growth in ratings since its debut, becoming the 3rd biggest Pay-TV channel amongst Brazilian kids in less than five years of existence. Taborda dos Guaranys has also contributed with her work as a consultant on the Brazilian Kids Film Festival, and as a jury member on Banff World Media, Anima Mundi, lnternational Kids Emmy Awards, among others. Paula was also granted the World Screen Kids Trendsetter Award, which recognized her as a prominent voice in international children’s content.

SERGIO  
JIMÉNEZ

He has 16 years of extensive experience in the animation and visual effects industry. He began his work by founding the 23lunes studio in 2005, which he headed for 10 years. After his experience as an entrepreneur, Sergio has gone through several studios in Barcelona, ​​such as Furia Digital and MinimoVFX. From 2015 to 2017 Sergio also collaborated with La Salle Campus Barcelona as a professor in the animation and VFX area, and working together with the degree management and coordination team. Already abroad he has worked at Primal Shape (Italy), Axis Studios (Scotland) and Outpost VFX (UK). His experience covers the area of ​​production and business management, having held relevant positions of producer and executive producer. Sergio has worked on several animation and visual effects projects such as commercials, TV series (‘LEGO City Adventures’ for Nickelodeon, or ‘Avenue 5’ for HBO), in-Game AAA cinematics (‘Gears of War 5’ for Microsoft) , animated films (‘Justin and the Sword of Valor’ for Kandor Graphics), cinema (‘The Green Knight’ by David Lowery, or ‘Ender’s Game’ by Gavin Hood). Currently, Sergio is head of PINKMAN.TV studio of the award-winning director Alberto Mielgo, where he serves as CEO and production manager.
